How it works

The problem

Organizations that post frequent event announcements — classes, socials, concerts, save-the-dates — need a fresh on-brand graphic every time, but redoing the same layout by hand for each one is repetitive, and briefing a designer for every single post doesn't scale.

The approach

   A new event request comes in through a simple task entry: which template to use, the key details (title, date, time, guests), and a photo if one is available.

   When no photo is supplied, one is generated on brief by an AI image model instead of leaving the slot empty or blocking the request.

   Each field is placed onto its matching template through an auto-sizing compositing engine: titles and secondary text scale and wrap to stay legible and never overlap, whatever the length of the real event details.

   The finished visual is attached back to the originating task for a human to approve — nothing is ever posted automatically, so brand control always stays with the team.
